From Tiananmen Square we went to Wangfujing.

Wangfujing is one of the biggest shopping district in Beijing also known as the "Prince's Mansion". In the area you can see one of the oldest railroad from the Ming Dynasty.
It has approximately 2800 stores around the area and mostly specialty shops.
A variation of exotic food are also served on Wangfujing's snack street.

My Beijing experience was 10/10.
Authentic Chinese food are the BEST.
Shopping thru tabao and their humungous malls was one hell of an experience.

Given another chance, I would probably be back by 2021 and hoard more spices and humidifiers.

A little photo op won't hurt despite the freezing temperature in Beijing.

You need your old man to comfort you at this point in time.

Sitting like a princess waiting for the prince to get by.

Awarded as the most chic shop in the area.

Preserved building and converted into a Starbucks shop.

Yummy! waited a long line to be served a sumptuous dessert like this.

China Trip 2019

Beijing is one of the oldest cities in the world, with a rich history dating back three millenia.
As the last of the four great ancient capitals of China, Beijing
has been the political center of there century for most of the past eight centuries.

Beijing was strategically poised and developed to be the residence of the emperor and this was the perfect location for the imperial capital. The city is renowned for its opulent palaces, temples, parks, gardens, walls and gates.

It has 7 UNESCO World heritage Sites:
Forbidden City
Temple of Heaven
Summer Palace
Ming Tombs
Zhoukoudian
Great Wall
Grand Canal

Not to mention their HUTONGS also a major attraction and are common in urban Beijing.

Sneak peek to my Beijing trip

Traditional door preserved and they are already almost a hundred years old.

Their coffee shops there are small yet aesthetically beautiful.

Rare shops inside the Hutong area. A little pricey yet worth the cuteness.
